Water box

Cooling method: Dependent on the spray system - 20 stainless steel spray heads (with a diameter of 1-2mm) are evenly distributed on the inner wall of the box. The cooling water is sprayed through a circulating water pump (with a pressure of 0.3-0.5MPa) to be sprayed all over the surface of the pipe material, achieving a cooling efficiency that is over 30% higher than that of the traditional immersion method, and it can also prevent water marks from forming on the surface of the pipe material.

- Traction Machine: It uses a crawler-type traction machine (two sets of crawler tracks, made of rubber to prevent damage to the pipes). The traction speed can be adjusted (1-5m/min, synchronized with the extrusion and winding speeds). The crawler speed is controlled by a servo motor to ensure stable traction tension (tension value 0.5-1.5kN), preventing the pipes from being stretched and deformed.

Reel Machine: It is divided into "horizontal reel" (suitable for small-diameter pipes, with pipe diameter ≤ 315mm) and "vertical reel" (suitable for large-diameter pipes, with pipe diameter > 315mm). The reel disc has a diameter of 1.2 - 2.0 meters. The tension control system (tension value 0.3 - 1.0 kN) ensures that the pipes are tightly wound without looseness. After the reel process is completed, the reel can be automatically changed to improve production efficiency.
